Waitrose recipe for pesto turkey burgers - I've tried it so you don't need to

This was a weird one. Firstly Waitrose had sold out of turkey mince so I bought some breasts to mince by hand. My Grandad's mincer is a source of annoyance (along with the Oxo tin) with my dad. Because he wants both. But I've got them.

Anyway I minced my breasts. Then I made the burgers! They were beautifully formed (no comments please) but didn't taste that good. (Still no comments please.)

Glynn and Ben liked them. Perhaps I should've just remembered I don't like turkey.
