Dear Mr E,
I'm sorry Ben has not completed his homework this week. He has instead completed a project called The Alpha Schoolboy in the Park, by being allowed to play out in the park on his own for the first time.
The success criteria for this learning objective have been:
- Being let out every night after school on his own in the glorious sun
- Being chased by 18-year-old boys
- Being deserted by all of his friends after they saw him kick someone in the bits n bobs
- Surviving both a punch in the face by a friend's brother and a smack on the arm with a twig from a girlfriend
- An appreciation of how the pecking order works around here, who's in charge and who follows the leader.
We feel this has been a good use of his time this week and he has exceeded the Age Related Expectation for Year 5.
