It's occurred to me that we should have been keeping a little scrapbook of your sporting achievements, so I'll start here.
Hythe and Dibden tournament with BSS
This is your Sunday league team, coming runners-up in the Plate at the Hythe and Dibden tournament, only losing out to Portchester in the final (who are, as we know, a very good team).
This was after an exciting morning, winning 5-4 on pens after your header goal equalised to take you through to penalties, at the JPL development cup semi-final, against your best friend and playing with some of the lads you lost to in the afternoon! What a day! And may I just remind you that it was your first ever JPL goal...
JPL development cup final

This is perhaps the most amazing achievement - your JPL development cup final played at Fratton Park! It was a final of three teams (don't ask) but the Blues prevailed and remained unbeaten all throughout their campaign. I can't imagine what this must have meant to you all. There was a great photo spread in The News later on too.
TKAT games

Just when we were worried you were doing too much before your football trip abroad, you were picked (again) to travel to north London for your annual TKAT academy games. This year, you returned with a bronze in long jump, narrowly missing out on a medal for the relay. You also ran up a year for the Year 9 relay too.
JPL Arnhem Bridge cup tournament

And this was the best - the amazing Arnhem Bridge Cup in Holland with JPL. No it wasn't just a five day drinking session for the adults, it was a two day football tournament with a day's training at Vitesse Arnhem after a tour around their stadium. Unbeaten, and with a penalty scored by you (your second JPL goal), you celebrated winning the cup! I've left my favourite photo til last. Well done son.
U14 Secondary school cup final
You were asked to play up for the U14 secondary schools team and managed to get through to the final. Played at Moneyfields, and at a cost of £4 each to spectate, you stayed on the whole game, didn't look out of place physically or ability-wise and ended up winning 5-0 I think.
